The travel experience looks a little different now, so we’re here to help you navigate the changes before you go. To help you arrive prepared, we’ve included a few things for you to do before your trip. From AirSWIFT Airlines Philippines, we wish you a happy and safe travels!

BEFORE YOU GO

The travel experience looks a little different now, so we’re here to help you navigate the changes before you go. To help you arrive prepared, we’ve included a few things for you to do before your trip.

1. PRE-FLIGHT EMAIL
Review your pre-flight email from us for information on how you can prepare for your upcoming trip.

 

2. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Check your destination’s entry requirements before arriving at the airport, as several cities and provinces have issued Travel Requirements that may affect your trip.

3. HEALTH SCREENING

We scan temperatures & observe Covid-19 symptoms. Passengers that do not pass the health screening will be referred to a health professional for clearance before being allowed to check-in.

 

4. COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH & CONTACT DECLARATION

We require a signed declaration of travel history, possible exposure to COVID-19, and contact tracing information for each passenger.

CHECK-IN & BAG DROP

Providing a safer experience starts when you step in the airport. Explore the ways we’re providing a safer flight experience starting at check-in.

1. PROVISION OF HEALTH KITS

We will provide every passenger with a disposable surgical mask, face shield and bottle of 70% alcohol. Wearing of the surgical mask and face shield is mandatory from check-in to arrival at destination.

2. HAND SANITIZER

Hand sanitizer stations are available at high traffic areas in the airport.

3. LOW-TOUCH INTERACTION

Clear barriers are installed at our check-in counters.

4. SOCIAL DISTANCING

Social distancing measures at the check-in, pre-departure area, shuttle bus transfers and aircraft boarding process are strictly implemented.

SAFETY CHECKPOINT

To provide a safe experience through security.

 

1. RAPID TESTING

Pilots and cabin crew undergo regular RT-PCR testing. Ground personnel and security staff are also tested regularly.

2. PPE FOR CABIN CREW

Cabin crew uniforms are upgraded to PPE standards (protective suit, surgical mask, face shield, disposable gloves)

 

3. SAFETY BRIEFING

COVID-19 specific briefing has been added to the inflight safety demonstration.

4. SANITATION & DISINFECTION

High-touch surfaces inside the cabin are being cleaned before each flight using hospital grade & aviation industry recommended disinfectants. Thorough “deep cleaning” of the entire cabin is being performed every 24 hours.

AT THE GATE & BOARDING

Clean surfaces and safe distancing are our key priorities at the gate and during boarding. To deliver on that commitment, we’ve updated our procedures for more space, cleaner surfaces and reduced contact with other customers.

1. SOCIAL DISTANCING

Social distancing measures at the check-in, pre-departure area, shuttle bus transfers and aircraft boarding process is being strictly implemented.

2. LOW-TOUCH INTERACTION

Clear barriers and social distancing markers are installed at the boarding gates.

ON THE PLANE

For your protection, we’ve raised the standard for cleanliness, created more space for you on board, and modified our service to reduce physical touchpoints.

1. PPE FOR PASSENGERS

Wearing of surgical masks and face shields shall be mandatory throughout the flight.

2. USE OF OVERHEAD BINS

Passengers may only use the overhead bin directly above them. Strict monitoring on size of carry-on bags are being observed.

3. INFLIGHT SERVICES

Discontinuance of offering blankets & bottled water during the flight. Cabin assistance to passengers (e.g. helping to put bags in the overhead bins) are being limited where possible to minimize physical interaction and touch points between our cabin crew and our passengers.

DETAILS IN YOUR SPACE

Your seat and space are most important, so we’ve implemented policies to keep it clean and safe, so you can fly with peace of mind knowing we’ve got you covered.

1. ADDITIONAL SEAT PROTECTION

Each seat in the aircraft cabin has a 3-sided clear protective “pod” that minimizes the possibility of droplet transmission from passengers seated beside or behind you.

2. FRESH CABIN AIR

Our aircraft’s pressurization and air-conditioning system provides a steady supply of fresh air while continuously venting stale air and any airborne viruses out of the cabin.  

BAGGAGE CLAIM

Our cleanliness measures don’t stop when you exit the aircraft. We’re focused on keeping surfaces clean and allowing for safer distancing at baggage claim, so you are protected all the way through your journey.

1. HAND SANITIZER

Hand sanitizer stations are available at high traffic areas at the baggage claim area.

2. SANITATION & DISINFECTION

High-touch surfaces at the baggage claim area are cleaned before each arrival of guests using hospital grade & aviation industry recommended disinfectants.
